Broker's Comments
This is a tidy example of the ever popular Elysian 27 centre cockpit cruiser. She appears to be in good order and was immaculate when I sold it to the current owner a couple of years back.
She has a modern replacement diesel engine showing just over 900 hours. She is in need of some cleaning but that very tidy boat is still under there, it's just that the owner is no longer able to deal with her due to health issues.
She has no damp smell, her bilges are nice and dry and she has been extensively upgraded to include fridge heating, very recent canvas canopy and updated wiring and solar panels. She starts on the key and runs quietly and smoothly and offers a separate heads and large separate shower compartment while having two separate cabins fore and aft. She has LED lighting throughout and is in very good decorative order and a real pleasure to be aboard. Her curtains would benefit from washing.
This would make a stunning first boat and offers flexible accommodation for the smaller family. She has a current boat safety certificate and her Broads toll is paid for this year.
