You can enter the boat from the front or the back. At the rear, at the stern, there is a covered terrace under a sun awning (new in 2024), which also serves as a steering position via the tiller. In this space, you can easily sit 4/5 people around a table and enjoy the small barbecue to port. The height under the awning covering the outdoor terrace is 1.99 meters. From here, there is a very good 360° view. Adding the advantages of steering at the back and the bow thruster, navigation should be greatly facilitated!

Now, entering the boat via the descent of 4 steps, wide and easy to descend. You arrive in the large living area of the boat, displaying an impressive ceiling height of 2.20 meters, spacious and bright. First, there is the open kitchen, with a sink and countertop to port and plenty of storage. To starboard, an oven and four gas burners, and a bar like an American kitchen. The kitchen also includes a 220V fridge which can also be powered by solar panels. Then, we have the living room, which is the second part of this large room. Here you find the new pellet stove installed in September 2021. Central heating is provided by a Webasto boiler (diesel and revised in February 2023) supplying the boat's 2 water radiators (one in the saloon and one in the cabin) and the towel warmer in the bathroom. The boat has a satellite installation, allowing TV everywhere. The entire floor of the boat is covered with a very nice bamboo parquet, effective against humidity and very pleasant for the feet.

Continue the tour via the starboard corridor (2.04 meters in height). To port, there is the bathroom with a ceiling height of 2.20 meters. It is equipped with a shower/bathtub, a sink with a large basin. The boat's washing machine is also located here. Hot water can be obtained by the engine while navigating, the Webasto boiler, or the 200L hot water tank.

Finally, continuing towards the bow, you find the boat's large cabin with its bed of 180X200. The ceiling height here is 2.14 meters. There is a patio door here that provides access to the small front terrace, typical of wide beams.

Non-built-in furniture and supplies are not included in the sale (TV, carpets, mirrors etc.).
